Ok, we're all hot and bothered about 911s right now, so here is one for all you LS swappers:
http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lgb/cto/479708…
NO ENGINE, NO TRANS! TIME FOR LSing! It's actually a '77 with an RS body kit.
Just add one of these:
wait...wut?!
that's right, a dual topic post. you might have seen this while tooling around the net over the last few years:
http://www.lsxtv.com/news/the-ls12-…
a cut and paste, double (almost) LS.
I would do this if it were already 2015, but I can't right now.
Someone please buy this car.

I'd put a Ford 1.0L Ecoboost in there and enjoy being fuel efficient while looking pretty fly for a white guy.

Since I am Lord Buzzkill, I should mention that while the 1.0l Ecoboost is very impressive standing alone, the accessories and turbo and everything else makes it quite surprisingly bulky and heavy in fighting weight compared to what you'd think. It'd still work for this, don't get me wrong, but it wouldn't be a huge step forward.

KEEP YOUR NEW FANGLED LOGIC OUT OF THIS! YOU HEAR ME?

Oh, I'm not bringing logic into this if I can help it. No, the best engine swap here would be a flat eight made out of two CoBra blocks:

Turbo LS motor.
